Lawyer
Lourenço de Almeida e Silva joined Azevedo Ascenso’s team in September 2022, precisely 5 years after joining the Portuguese Bar Association in September 2017.
During his career as a lawyer, Lourenço has acquired a multidisciplinary practical dimension, having professional experience in different areas, such as Labor Law, Litigation, Civil Law, Real Estate Law or Sports Law. Before deciding to embark on this career, life provided him with the possibility of being a banker, as well as a football referee for 8 years, and he still puts these experiences into practice in his work.
At Azevedo Ascenso, Lourenço works mainly in the areas of Labor Law, Real Estate and Litigation. In terms of education, he completed the lecture part of the Master in Corporate Law at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He also completed a post-graduation in Finance and Sports Law at the Lisbon Law School and an Intensive Course on Vine and Wine Law at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, both of which are expanding legal subjects that likes to explore. When family life allows, Lourenço enjoys collecting and playing cards (he has more than 100 decks) and practising sports, following a family tradition, with a special appreciation for football, tennis, rugby, extreme, water and snow sports. He is an ardent motorcyclist, riding regularly since he was 3 years old.
