Trainee Lawyer
João Sawaya holds a degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, and at the same institution, attended postgraduate classes in Arbitration Law. He also served as Secretary for the Specialization Course in Access to Administrative Information.
He engaged in curricular internships with various law firms and, as a legal professional, was part of the Legal and Litigation team at a banking institution. In addition to his professional experience, he spent eight months living in New Zealand.
A member of AAMT Legal since 2023, João has a keen interest in litigation, dispute resolution, real estate, and contracts. Beyond his professional life, he is an aviation enthusiast and has a passion for enology and gastronomy.
