Consultant
Francisca Soromenho is an experienced jurist, having worked as a lawyer in individual practice and in big law. She has participated in operations in a wide variety of areas, specializing in Public and Administrative Law. She started working as a legal consultant, head of client relations, and real estate manager with Ascenso & Associados in 2020.
Francisca graduated from the Lisbon Law School, University of Lisbon in 2015. She has several postgraduate degrees in Law, including specialization in Theory and History of Law (2016), an LL.M. in Law in a European and Global Context from the Global School of Law, Catholic University (2016), and an LL.M. in Law from the University of Michigan (2018), which she earned through a Fulbright Scholarship. She is currently a researcher and Ph.D. student (2026) at the University of Lisbon.
She has held a position as a guest lecturer at the Lisbon Law School since 2018, and has been working as a freelance legal translator, copy editor, and content writer for the past decade, collaborating regularly with online publications. She also owns and manages an olive oil agribusiness.
